World Congress 2021 – Application for Volunteer Opportunity

World Congress 2021 will be a reimagined hybrid experience combining in-person experience with a virtual experience for the first time. To make this an amazing event for virtual and in-person participants, NCMA needs your support!  

Here is a general description of the roles needed.  Additional roles may be added. Assignments will be made based on your location (virtual or in-person), comfort with technology, event-based needs, and arrival/departure dates provided in the application. For your dedication to NCMA, you will be given a $200 credit on your registration once you complete your assigned four-hour shift.  

Please submit your application by June 16. Any applications received after this date will be considered based on shift availability.

June 29               Selected Volunteers Notified of Assignments 

July 2                   Assignment Details Provided 

July 9                   Volunteer Training/Check-In - Register here 

July 25-29            Daily morning check-ins, as needed 

August 2              $200 credit towards WC 21 registration applied (based on completing at least four hours of volunteering)
