Description:

World Congress volunteers are needed for a variety of assignments and shifts as outlined here. Assignments will be made based on your arrival/departure dates provided in the application. Please submit your application by June 22. Any applications received after this date will be considered based on shift availability.

Selected volunteers will be notified by June 26 and final volunteer assignments will be confirmed no later than July 10. Volunteers will receive a $200 credit on their World Congress registration after the conference. 

If you have not yet registered for World Congress we strongly encourage you to do so as soon as possible.

Welcome attendees to Texas at the Gaylord Texan convention center entrance and direct to badge pickup

Help attendees scan into their breakout sessions to receive educational credits

Registration Usher

Direct attendees to badge pickup, onsite registration or exhibitor/speaker registration at registration area, hand out attendee bags, lanyards and drink tickets after badge pickup, direct anyone with outstanding payments or issues to Onsite Reg counter.
