Bio

Jack R. Hott, Lifetime Certified Professional Contract Manager, CPCM, Certified Federal Contract Manager, CFCM, NCMA Fellow, and Certified Subcontract Manager, CScM, has four decades of Government/contractor experience. He is a retired Air Force contracting officer with assignments in Air Force Systems Command, Defense Contract Management Agency and full-time faculty at the Air Force Institute of Technology. In the private sector he worked for a series of large businesses prime contractors to Department of Defense, Department of Energy and other agencies where he was responsible for compliance and successfully passing multiple Contractor Purchasing System Review audits. He is the owner of Sourcing Outcomes & Solutions LLC focusing on small business programs, procurement and subcontracting processes, procedure development, compliance, and audit readiness. His NCMA activities include; former member of the national board of directors, national treasurer, and chapter president. He serves on the Contract Management Board of Examiners overseeing NCMA’s professional certifications, and is a frequent speaker World Congress and other events.
