Jeff Clayton, Principal, Baker Tilly
Jeff Clayton has been with Baker Tilly since 2005. He has over 19 years of industry and consulting experience in government contracting and commercial environments, providing a broad range of pricing, government contract compliance, and dispute/litigation related services to government contractors and their legal counsel. He frequently works with clients to support their federal market goals, to include the preparation of GSA and VA Federal Supply Schedule proposals and option exercise packages, and guidance and assistance on several Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) programs, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs, and other agency procurements. He assists his clients with audit package preparation, contract claims, contractor self-disclosures, and to prepare economic damages analyses.

Leo Alvarez, CFCM, is a Manager in Baker Tilly’s Government Contractor Advisory Services practice. He has more than 11 years of experience working with federal contractors to identify, quantify and manage government contract risk through regulatory and compliance consulting. With a specialized focus on pricing, compliance, negotiation, audit, and litigation support, Leo has assisted leading government contractors in a variety of industries. Additionally, Leo has extensive experience managing the preparation of GSA and VA Federal Supply Schedule proposals, including historical pricing analysis, BOA and CSP disclosure development, and negotiation support.

Michael is an experienced senior consultant with the government contractor advisory service group. He has more than four years of experience in contract management, small business subcontracting, compliance, negotiation, audit and litigation support services to government contractors across a variety of industries. Michael has worked with a variety of contractors providing services related to both cost and Federal Supply Schedule pricing proposal development, option extensions, and audit and litigation support.
