This session provides a practical, working-level approach to understanding the various types of data rights associated with Department of Defense (DOD) and other government contracts, as well as practical techniques to identify and address frequent data rights–related issues, with a focus on ensuring the government has the rights needed to sustain critical systems while safeguarding and preserving contractor intellectual property.
